Insurance brokers and distributors of Ansvar products are obligated to report Target Market Determination (TMD) information to Ansvar for monitoring purposes. Information to be reported includes the number and details of complaints relating to products, the dealings of product outside of the TMD as well as other information as contained in Ansvar’s TMD documents.

As a reminder, brokers need to report information to Ansvar within 10 business day of the quarter-end (i.e. 31 December, 31 March, 30 June, 30 September). For significant dealings inconsistent with the TMD, reporting is required within 10 business days. This is 10 days from the date of becoming aware of the significant dealing.
