Our ISR Mark IV Modified insurance policy wording is designed to protect a medium to large business or commercial property owners against damage to their property (material loss) and/or financial loss cover (business interruption) as a result of property damage.

It is specifically designed to provide cover for your physical assets, including building, contents, stock from fire, theft and a range of natural perils. It can also include Business Interruption covers designed to meet the needs of clients in their specialist sectors.

This policy might exclude specific perils such as cyclone or flood either across the whole policy or at specific locations.
